Comcast "updated" their cable service to Xfinity. We had no choice. It didn't matter if we didn't want it. Everyone was changed to this service. In doing that, they set up the cable box so that it is no longer possible for me to fully utilize the features on my dvd/vcr auxilary equipment. I can no longer 'scan' all channels from the cable box into the vcr. The only channel I can set is channel 3. I can no longer set the timer for shows that are on different channels.
