OMG! I have had the EXACT experience as that posted by "badcobra" on 3/12/11 re: ordering a permanent ID tag for my dog. Repeated phone calls, same stuff re: "PROCESSED but can't tell when shipped, so, so sorry - would reprocess at no charge", etc., etc.. I've called twice before, but I called again today and was told to fax my bank statement to a supervisor, which I am doing today. They need me to do this to PROVE I actually paid for the tag.
