Jeri with QMS sold me a used medical laser in July 2010. I never received the medical laser and he never refunded my money. He owes me $13, 000. It turns out he never had the laser to sell me and that it was a scam from the beginning. This persons main line of business is selling credit card terminals. Regardless of what he tries to sell you, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This man is a scam artist and he will steal your money. Please be forewarned. read full review »
