I called Lee R. Kobb because I had no heat. They sent over a young kid who obviously didn't know what he was doing, worked for 1/2 hour, and charged me almost $200. He also didn't resolve the problem. He said my vent damper was bad and that he didn't have the part. He said he would come back on Monday, leaving me without any heat in the dead of winter over the weekend. I waited all day on Monday and he never showed up or called.
