I have used the company for yers and paid for the gaurntee and I receicved a letter from the irs ans I had to pay them $428. I drove to the office in Jefferson, Ia. two times and it's three hours round trip. This has been going on for eight months now with resolution. Aster countless phone calls wit no responce I'm going to be forcwed to call the better busniss folks.I have tried to keep all my tax filing down to one company to make it easy, but as this lack of responce I've gone else where. read full review »
