The first appointment I had with them was a 12-4pm window and the tech called me at 4:30 and said that they hadn't told him of this appointment until after he left the shop. Poor Baby! Not my problem, should have called me sooner. I went on a trip and was going to get another company to replace my windshield. Safelite called me while I was on the trip to see about rescheduling, I said I wasn't interested they wasted my afternoon before.
