Placed order with Eastern Lettering on Feb. 23rd, paid $17.63 for 2nd Day Air, received order on Feb. 28th to P.O. Box in Priority Mail envelope marked $4.95 postage. I was shorted a 3" number. Contacted the company requesting the missing number and credit and they responsed "We use a fee based courier service when shipping our items, as we are too busy to package our own. They charge us for packaging, handling, shipping & postage. That fee, of course, is passed onto the customer." Now March 3rd and I have not received the shortage or a credit.
