I returned a defective Phone to Straight Talk and was assured as soon as they received it they would send a replacement. They received it on Feb. 24, 2011. It is now 13 Business days later and they have yet to send it. I called their Corporate office and the "manager" there would not help me and said I have to be patient and He refused to give me anyone above him for me to speak to.
