A convicted sex offender who last week allegedly asked a Fairborn police officer where the “Little Miss Fairborn” pageant was so he could take pictures, served five years in prison for gross sexual imposition involving a child. Michael Lynn Light, 40, was arrested on two misdemeanor offenses after he scuffled with police while riding his bicycle during the Fairborn Block Party on July 3.
