This company also goes by "The Mystic Caravan". In January of 2007 I ordered a necklace from their website when it was still The Mystic Caravan. It never arrived. I tried calling to follow up and no one answers the phone. I've sent email and snail mail letters and no one has ever resonded. I let them know I was going to post this message here and I would not if they responded to my inquiries and refunded my money. They still have not.
