I ordered a dress from IGIGI at http://www.igigi.com/. When It arrived I discovered that the size was wrong. I sent it back promptly following their return instructions. A week later I called them to ask about my refund. They told me they didn't receive the package and it takes at least two weeks for them to process the refund.
