Called Sears Home Services on my Kenmore washer - leaking and still under warranty. Tech came out - was very professional and polite. Ordered parts and set up two week follow-up visit to install parts. Another tech came two weeks later and installed the parts. Told me to use the Clean cycle. So as he walked out the door, I ran a Clean cycle. Washer still leaks. I called Sears Home Services and got someone from some other country who told me that she sent the issue to the routing department and that someone would call me shortly.
