daniel came in under his brother Darryl Banks painting bussiness. he did painting, tiling woodwork, etc. He always asked for an advance on wmaterials and work to be done and used my Home Depot credit card for supplies he said were for my house. he spent over $2000.00at home depot and more than that in advances then stred making excuses for work not getting done. he came late or not at all. disappeared for 2-3days and did not answer phone calls.
