I've been a BOA account holder for 9 years. I noticed for the first time in November that BOA took 10 insufficient fund fees from my account even though I could not visually see a negative balance in my account. I went into my local branch to ask for a explanation and was told by the bank rep that even though I did not show negative balances on that date, there were other transactions that were already in my account that posted on that actual date and not the date that they were showing.
