I'm a Real Estate agent now in another state now but worked in Florida for 12 years. My agent in St. Petersburg FL needed to open and rekey my rental property. She had a quote from her usual locks smith for $110 to open and rekey one lock. She checked with Run Local Locksmith and they quoted her $65 for the same service, so she used them to save me money.
