My husband and I were putting down a porcelain tile patio. We consulted Lowes to purchase the glue. The sales representative assured us the glue we bought was for outside areas. Within weeks the tiles were coming up. We again went to Lowes only to have another sales representative tell us that the glue was not for outside use. The tiles are cracking and the debris makes the patio unsafe to use. To have the floor professionally removed will be very expensive, not to mention the cost of the replacement tiles. I contacted management and they have not responded. I feel now that I need legal advice. read full review »
