Since buying the computer I have had many software problems with the software that was supplied with the computer. The software is also HP -- not a third party. If you get in touch with an HP tech and can understand them, you find they are unqualified. Generally they will do VERY BASIC fixes then ask you to do a full system restore wiping out many programs and files stored on your computer.
