I am a victim of on line scam. On Feb 8, 2010, I ordered $277.69 cigarettes from https://e-tobaccos.com/ and the transaction were charged under the name “ICI”. For almost 2 months, I have not received any delivery and product from them; In addition, they have no physical adderess or phone contacts except email [email protected].
