On 11-13-2009 my wife took our car to Walters Mercedes for warranty work. Had a mirror fixed under warranty and service man ripped off part of mirror seal. Service writer said it was damaged upon arrival. Ok damaged but still there, I get car back and now rubber seal between mirror and door is missing, torn off (gap between door and mirror now). I called to ask service writer why it was missing and he said it was damaged when it arrived. He never once asked me to bring the car back for inspection, nor did the Service Manager or General Manager. Basically they never fixed my problem or asked what they could do to help me.
