I went into the store today at 8am to get a medicine for my sick son (ofcourse with a prescription). I handed over the request and was told it would take 15 min. I was sitting in front of the pharmacy area and I observed that it exactly took 1 min for them to work on validating my insurance and 1 min to get the medicine. and finally got my medicine exactly after 28 min after my request.
