I received a call from this group acting on behalf of Cavalry Portfolio Svcs. Knowing that I had a debt to this company, I agreed to make arrangements for a future payment via direct withdraw from my bank checking account. I confirmed that future payment date twice with representatives of this company (CSR and Supervisor). The payment was processed 11 days early! and caused me to incur a $30 overdraft fee from my bank.
