I purchased a used Dell notebook computer from this Company in January. A few weeks later it stopped working, so I brought it back & nice computer technician told me memory was bad. Owner Thien Truong then told me I had to purchase memory chip to replace bad one. I told him I just bought this computer from this company & I am not going to buy another memory chip when it was defective in the first place! I was very upset he was arguing with me about it not being his fault the memory was defective. After I threatened to report the company he then replaced memory chip for me.
