After spending 30 minutes on the phone opening the account and confirming numberous times that it was a fixed rate loan I opened it. Two months later I found out it was a variable rate loan! THEN I CALLED AND KEPT ASKING FOR A MANAGER BUT THEY DIDNT WANT TO TALK TO ME. WAITED DAYS FOR THE MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK AND GOT NOTHING. BBVA=masters in the art of deception!!!
