I purchased a pair of heated gloves for $350 from cozywinters.com on December 16, 2010. They worked moderately well -- NOT great and not anwhere near what their website claimed --for the first four or five times, then stopped working altogether. By then, it was outside the 30 day return period. I sent the gloves back for repair/replacement on January 27, 2011. It is now March 15th, 2011, almost two full months later.
