I was told their would be a decrease on my balance on 100.00 because of a mixup on my payoff date before the account will incurr interest. Called and was told that they would decrese the balance, if I would pay off the balance of which I did, and they only decrease the balance by 50.00 instead of 100.00 and was told they could do anything because a 50.00 dollar decrease was already given.
