My driver side glass fell and broke for no reason in 2006. My car was parked in the mall, and when I opened my driver's door the glass fell. Now I realized why the glass fell, it was a defective bolt. It was on Toyota's recall list. I sumitted my claim to Toyoto on 10/08/2010. I did everything they asked my to: copy of my invoice, copy of my registration, and bring my car to the dealership for them to double check.
