My wife entered our info into creditreports.com and backed out of the site, without even completing the form and never even getting a report. Three months later, I see a charge for $19.95 in our checking account and i asked her about. She called the 1-800 #, found out this was the third time we had been charged and was hung up on when she asked for a supervisor.
