Today we received a letter from an attorneys office for foreclosure on our home. For the past couple months they have been telling us to not make any payments because it will mess up the modification rework. There are so many different numbers to call and everyone tells us something different. The guy on the phone today said that we took a risk by not paying the monthly payment. They misinformed us. If I had known this I would have been making the payments. Now we are behind over $5000. I don't think this is right and I am trying to figure out the best route to take. read full review »
