After ordering 2 MacBook Pro from them on February 10th, 2011, I was asked to send a scanned copy of my passport, visa card and utility bill to verify my identity since this order cost 3, 200 euros. After sending them the required proof, their email replies go like this: 14/2/2011: notified that they received the documents and my order is been processed 17/2/2011: they told me that they are trying to ship the order as soon as possible and will be notified by email when they do.
