Over the past 5 years I have been trying to payoff my Chase Credit Card. I have only been late paying them 3 times (and that was only two days past 30 days). They continue to charge me 30% APR. Is there someone I can complain to? My other creditors were willing to come down but not Chase. Does anyone know if there is something I can do? read full review »
