I spent almost $800.00 on tires in late 2010. I had my care aligned and oil change and filter also. The representative that help me was fabulous. Sorry I don't recall her name at the moment. I went to the Sears store where i purchased my tires as i also purchased the lifetime rotation and balance package. I walked up to the counter and was ask if I needed help and I did.
