If you ever come across James Landers who lives at 815 18th Avenue, NE Saint Petersburg, Florida or any of his companies RoofingEMT, BuildingEMT or HighPoint Development do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT conduct ant business with this man! I gave this man a check in the amount of $8, 000 to install a new roof and that was in June 2010. It is now March 2011 and I do not have my roof installed and James Landers has my money.
