I ordered a starter kit, expecting a bottle of decent size. Instead they mailed me a large, cheap plastic bottle to put the liquid in (99 cents) and a tiny 4 oz. bottle of the supposedly fabulous liquid, which smells like soap and bleach. I unknowingly, paid $25.90, incl. shipping ($5.95). This is a rip off, I did not need or want the plastic bottle, just a decent size of 16 oz of the liquid to try. Their ad never mentioned the cheap, large plastic bottle, which is available everywhere for 99 cents. read full review »
