I bought cheap blackberry 9700 from them, the price was $200 + $37 (TNT shipping). I paid via Western Union. And after a few days, I got the tracking number, but it didn't work, so I contacted them. And then they told me that my item is being held by customs because of new China regulation that stated me to pay 40% of total cost because my order is under $500.
