I got an email to be a medical transcriber from Transam. They are willing to give you free training and then guarantee you work once you finish their 'free' training. But of course, you need to purchase software for $495 in order to do the training and get your eventual work from them. Talked with an 'on-line representative' where you are able to ask questions about the training and jobs.
