I also had a bad experience with Tom from National Chimney. They came out to clean my chimney and wound up busting my gutter when the fat lard tried to get up on my second level roof. Then the *** broke my chimney cap. I noticed it hanging on by only 1 of the 4 corners later that evening. It began to rain so I had to pull my ladder out, climb two roofs and found that 3 of the corners were busted. The chimney guy never screwed those corners back on. I called Tom to complain and he said that he'd give me my money back but never received anything. They didn't even clean out the ash dump... Stay away from these guys. read full review »
