I had hail damage to my roof on Oct 5, 2011. I had a contractor who verified the damage. A MetLife adjuster, Mike Tori, said the damage was from a previous hailstorm (we have so many of them in Phoenix)and rejected my claim. I asked for another adjuster, request denied of course. So because of adjuster Mike Tori, my coverage by MetLife will be ended as soon as possible. What can I say except MetLife ***! Good riddance Mike. I will have another insurance company taking care of my insurance needs in a couple of days.
