I will never shop Marlo furniture in the future. I bought a TV stand from the Rockville store. One gentleman showed me around and was an excellent salesman. Once I decided on my item, I was triaged to a different representative who was obviously not computer savvy, making the purchasing process quite painful and long. He offered us free delivery if we bought over $500 in murchandise. Since the TV stand was $400 we decided to go ahead and spend more money to get the free delivery.
