The salesman told us our windows were eligible for the 30% tax credit only to find out after our order was placed with 50% down that they were not. No apologies or anything. Many of our existing Marvin windows need service and after three calls and inspections I just gave up. The product maybe be acceptable to some folks, but the service for me is horrible. read full review »
