I and my wife have had our house forclosed on by Suntrust 2 times in a year. We had applied for the loan modification from Suntrust after they told us that we fist had to be 2 months behind. We went threw that whole stressfull waiting game to be approved. We were finally sent a letter that we were approved in january of last year, and were ecited. The excitement lasted less than a month as they had sold the house and Suntrust bought it and we had to go threw a whole bunch more exspense etc, to have it recinded.
