Below this paragraph, I decided to include the store information & the letter I sent to the Domino's Customer Care Department, prior to calling & confirming that my complaint was received. Now after speaking to a rep in the claims department, I was informed that my complaint would be forwarded to corporate executives as well as the person who oversees managerial operations.
