I paid Rockwell Snowplowing $170.00 for the 2010-2011 Season Contract. Contract States: Contract valid from the first snowfall until May of 2011. Plowing occurs after 2 inches of fresh snowfall. Twice a day service if snow continues to accumulate. Aprons clean after city streets plowed as needed at N/C.. The first few months he did come but the driveway was only half plowed and the apron was very difficult to get the cars out.
