My sim card got pin locked after I put in 2 wrong pin numbers. I took the phone to my local AT&T Store, located in our local Kroger supermarket. There were two ladies behind the counter, they both told me i had to buy a new sim card for my phone. I had a upgrade in progress on my number so they needed me to get the last 4 digits of the social security number of the person who's name my phone is in.
