In good faith I bought a dress to wear for my daughters wedding, because the "Easy returns & Exchanges" page on their website. However today is March 16th, and they received my return on 2/28 they say. I demanded my refund today as this was my second call to them. First call a couple of weeks ago when they told me they had the item and the refund was being processed. How stupid is a company to take so long to process refunds.
