I ordered their product on 1/13/2011 and have not heard a word from them since. I have emailed a person by the name of Charlene at [email protected] and I always get a no-reply response stating they will answer me as soon as possible. I've already paid for the product and according to their purchase and delivery timeline, I should have received it by now.
