Terrible service, zero communication. I ordered a replacement numberplate two months ago, unknown to me the instructional email asking me to provide documentation ended up in my spam inbox so after a week I sent them an email asking for an update on why the order had not arrived. I had no response over the next month despite 5 more emails so I finally reported them to Google Checkout as a fraudulent company unsurprisingly they responded the next day stating that they were waiting for some documentation.
