Run as fast as you can from these guys. Joe Angelo and Rick Lopez are liars and scammers. After reading all of the other post on here and other sites I felt compelled to share my experience with these guys. When going thru the process of becoming a broker I asked for references and they referred me to people who I found out later were friends and people who never completed a deal and were just trying to help them close another sucker.
