Wife signed on for 2 training sessions with one complimentary session. Girl provided the complimentary session before skipping town, moving back to NJ. It took my wife several phone calls to find out that this person disappeared and several more to secure a new trainer. My wife took ill and had to cancel training session with this new trainer. Messages left for him to re-schedule but he never returned calls. Wife returned to Bally's to clarify training sessions, secure trainer and continue with what she paid for.
