I own a Kia Sedona, I took it into AIC KIA of Manassas for an Oil Change and heres what happened. It took the mechanic (Mike Minnick) an hour to do the oil change. They said it needed front brake pads, i asked how long and they said no more than 1 hour, i said ok. It took Mike 2hrs to replace the brake pads, i noticed he seemed more concerned about smoking his cirggeretts than working on my car.
