I saw the advertisement for Cyberdefender and thought I would give it a try to see if it would make my computer run faster. I called to download the "free" trial. I bought a 2 year subscription for 5 computers with the understanding that if within 30 days I was not satisfied I could get a full refund. Luckily I only installed on one computer because it was a nightmare. I spent numerous hours on the phone with the support techs (and of course getting to the support techs) but it was a calamity.
